For all my new followers, I thought I’d introduce myself properly.

I’m Courtney, the face behind Heal in the Home.
I’m a mum to 3 beautiful children, a wife to my amazing husband, a passionate believer in natural healing, and someone who deeply values supporting the body gently and holistically wherever possible (of course there is absolutely a time and a place for Western allopathic medicine and each person and situation is unique).

Heal in the Home was created from a passion for helping families feel more confident caring for their loved ones naturally at home. Over the years, I found myself continually drawn toward homeopathy and natural remedies- not just for myself, but for my family too. What started as a personal journey slowly grew into a deep passion and eventually, this little business.

My heart behind Heal in the Home is simple:

To empower mums and families with practical natural options, education, and support so they can feel calmer and more confident when sickness or injury arises in the home.

I truly believe that with the right support, knowledge, and tools on hand, we can become more connected to our intuition as mothers and more trusting in the body’s incredible ability to heal.

Some extra bits about me:

- I love to constantly be learning about anything and everything. This world is so fascinating and I love experiencing this game of life

- My family are my everything.

-My first bubba was born via “emergency” c-section. I did a lot of healing post this birth and did many things differently for the next pregnancy which lead to a beautiful VBAC in the hospital. Then for baby #3 I chose to have a homebirth (baby actually came super quick (35 mins start to finish) and was caught by my bestie as he came so quickly)) which was absolute magic. I would do that again and again if I could!
