Total of 10 x 15ml remedies include: 

• Flu blend
• Head cold blend
• Aconite: Helpful for pain/shock in labour. Also used for acute anxiety or panic attacks.
• Arsenicum Album: Used if you experience Sciatic pain which can be experienced by some during pregnancy. Also often indicated for acute gastrointestinal issues like food poisoning or stomach flu, with symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, and restlessness.
• Caulophyllum: for promoting long and strong contractions during labour. Can be taken from 38 weeks onwards, 4 x daily. Can also be taken during labour if contractions stall, dosing every 15 minutes until contractions are re-established.
• Cocculus: Morning sickness remedy. Loss of appetite with even the thought/smell/sight of food making you nauseous. Highly tired and fatigued. Can feel chills, vertigo and loss of sleep. Symptoms usually worse in the afternoon.
• Gelsemium: for when anxiety slows down contractions and cervical dilation. Also for postpartum trembling (common post c-section)
• Ipecacuanha: Morning sickness remedy. Intense and constant nausea that is felt all day with retching, belching, and excessive salivation. You may feel worse from lying down, but also worse from motion. Still feel nauseous even after vomiting.
• Nux Vomica: Morning sickness remedy. Nausea, especially in the morning and after eating. May retch a lot and have the urge to vomit, often without success. Stomach feels sensitive and crampy, and may feel constipated.
• Sepia: Morning sickness remedy. Nausea with empty feeling in stomach, feels irritable, worse in the morning before eating, but is not improved by eating and may vomit

– The price of each remedy works out to be $18AUD per bottle.
– Each bottle has ~250 drops; over 100 doses which can be dispensed in water to last your family years.

Ingredients:
The remedies are each preserved in brandy and water.

Dosing:
Simply add ~2 drops to a bottle of water as directed in the booklet. Alternatively you can add two drops into the mouth (although you will go through the remedies quicker when adopting this method).

Each kit does come with a 2 year best before date.

Suitable from birth, through pregnancy and of all ages.
