This bundle is made up of the common remedies we use in our home in the winter months. A great starter pack for Mum’s to have some natural tools on hand to help support their family during what can be a more challenging time of year, health wise.
The Kidz minerals can be taken on a daily basis to help support their immune systems. A higher dose can be taken daily during those times of sickness to help their bodies recover.

*Aconite is for that early onset of illness (this can sometimes stop an illness progressing past that initial stage).
*Head cold blend is used when we have those common head cold symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, etc. Often in that second stage of illness.
*Cough blend helps tackle the different types of coughs we can be faced with (often in that second to third stage of illness).
*Flu blend helps support the body when we have those real flu symptoms such as body aches, fever/chills, cough, sore throat, fatigue, etc.

Homeopathic Remedies
Total of 4 x 15ml remedies include:
- Flu Blend
- Cough Blend
- Head Cold Blend
- Aconite: Often used for sudden onset of fever, especially after exposure to cold wind or dry weather. Also used for acute anxiety or panic attacks.
– Each bottle has ~250 drops; over 100 doses which can be dispensed in water to last your family years.
Ingredients:
The remedies are each preserved in brandy and water.
Dosing:
Simply add ~2 drops to a bottle of water as directed in the booklet. Alternatively, you can add two drops into the mouth (although you will go through the remedies quicker when adopting this method).
Expiry:
Each kit does come with a 2 year best before date.

Suitable from birth, through pregnancy and of all ages.
Martin & Pleasance Schuessler Tissue Salts- Kidz Cold & Cough Relief
We have been using these tissue salts for many years to help support our little one’s bodies through the winter months.
Directions for Use
Dosage:
- Children (1-11yrs): 1 tablet – 4 times daily
- Infants (0-11months): 1/2 tablet – 4 times daily
- Continue until symptoms subside
For sudden onset:
- Take every half hour until symptoms improve (for max. of 2 days).
- Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
- For infants add a few drops of water to crushed tablet and mix into a paste, administer paste to mouth with dummy, spoon, finger etc.
Warnings
Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Contains lactose.
