Total of 9 x 15ml/15gm remedies include: 

• Arnica- healing the body post birth. Promotes soft tissue healing and repair. Shock or birth trauma. Can also dose baby if birth was traumatic
• Hypericum- for healing any nerve pain associated with birth, incision wounds, c-section
• Pulsatilla- For the ‘baby blues’. Low breast milk supply with thin watery milk. Changeable emotions. Helps balance hormones.
• Sepia- postpartum exhaustion, resentment, disconnect and feelings of overwhelm, cracked nipples
• Staphysagria- A key remedy for moving through birth trauma, resentment and promotes healing of c-section or incision wounds (eg. Episiotomy)
• Belladonna- For Mastitis. Breasts engorged, red, hard, hot, inflamed, throbbing & painful. Especially right sided
• Bryonia- For Mastitis. As for Belladonna but onset is slower & breasts are hard, hot and pale red. Worse from movement & heat. Can alternate between this and Belladonna
• Nux Vomica- for Colic. Bubba arches backwards. Severe bloating & pressure. Constipation. Irritability. Worse from over-feeding.
• Chamomilla- for severe, unbearable abdominal pain, abdominal bloating like a drum. Draws the knees up. Green diarrhoea like chopped spinach. Irritable and constantly crying, can’t be pleased. Also the go-to remedy for your teething bubba.
• + Lavender Essential Oil which can be diffused in an essential oil diffuser or added to a bath to help create calm around bedtime and may assist with sleep (for Mum and Bubs)

– The price of each remedy works out to be less than $19AUD per bottle.
– Each bottle has ~250 drops; over 100 doses which can be dispensed in water to last your family years.

Ingredients:
The remedies are each preserved in brandy and water. The two infant remedies of Nux Vomica and Chamomilla are both medicated in 200C potency as sucrose pillules for ease of administering to babies.

Dosing:
Simply add ~2 drops to a bottle of water as directed in the booklet. Alternatively you can add two drops into the mouth (although you will go through the remedies quicker when adopting this method).

Each kit does come with a 2 year best before date.

Suitable from birth, through pregnancy and of all ages.
