Along with taking this remedy, we also recommend some other simple sleep hygiene tips such as no screen time (tv, computer, phone) 1 hour before bed. Spending time outdoors and getting natural sunlight during the day also helps regulate the body’s natural circadian rhythm. We also recommend putting a couple of drops of quality lavender essential oil onto your pillow each night to also help with sleep. There are many other things that you can try to see what works for you individually in helping you get a better sleep.

This remedy is made from a combination of homeopathic remedies listed on each individual 15ml amber glass bottle (ingredients also listed in the active ingredients list below).

Each remedy purchased comes with an instruction card which explains what the remedy is to be used for, the dosing instructions and the ingredients in each remedy.

How to dose: Add 2 drops under the tongue before bedtime. A few doses (sips) may be required to prepare your body for a restful & restorative sleep.

Ensure a clean mouth by waiting 15 minutes after consuming food, drinks or toothpaste.
